Refunds in plain English

1. Digital products

The Tilly POS source code, the SaaS Starter Kit, Tilly UI and the ebook are downloads that cannot be returned, so they are not refunded for a change of mind.

We refund you in full within 14 days of purchase if:

• the product does not install or run by following its documentation, and we cannot fix the problem within 5 working days of you sending us the details; or
• the product is materially different from its description.

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which may also issue refunds under its own policy.

2. Tilly POS monthly plans

Plans are paid monthly in advance and you can stop at the end of any month. We do not refund part of a month already started. If the service is unavailable for a meaningful part of a month because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will credit that time against your next month.

3. Custom projects

Custom work is paid by milestone, as set out in your written scope. Refunds for custom work follow that scope and our terms.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number (or business name for monthly plans) and what went wrong. A real person will look into it and reply to you personally.
